A Shorti hoagie and an iced coffee. Every time.
Favorite Delaware beach?
Lewes. Calm bay water, cute downtown, and Cape Henlopen right next door.
Scrapple: yes or no?
Yes, crispy, with a little ketchup. Don’t knock it until you try it.
Best part of your job?
Handing over the keys. It never gets old.
How many transactions have you helped with?
More than 500, from contract to close.
What did you do before helping clients directly?
Team leadership, marketing and real estate operations. It taught me that organization and communication make all the difference.
Your number one tip for buyers?
Get pre-approved before you fall in love with a house.
Your number one tip for sellers?
Price it right from day one. First impressions matter most.
Dream home feature?
A big kitchen island where everyone ends up hanging out.
Favorite season in Delaware?
Fall. Beach towns are quiet, the weather is perfect and there’s a festival every weekend.
Best Delaware hidden gem?
Trap Pond State Park. Paddling through the cypress trees feels like another world.
Perfect Saturday?
Coffee, a farmers market, an open house or two and dinner somewhere with a view.
A Delaware hot take?
The best fries are on the boardwalk, and it’s not close.
Favorite music?
I listen to everything! Fun fact: my dad is a drummer in a band.
Most underrated Delaware town?
Historic New Castle. Cobblestone streets, colonial charm and so much history.
Favorite thing about Delaware?
No sales tax is great, but it’s really the people. It’s a small state where everyone feels connected.
Something clients are surprised to learn?
How much happens behind the scenes between contract and closing. I love that part.
Three words friends would use to describe you?
Organized, honest and fun.
What makes a house feel like home?
The people in it, and a good front porch.
